The Symposium International Greece_2024
Dear friends,
We are very happy to announce the 1st Symposium International in Greece September 6th – September 9th 2024 in the landmark island of Syros! Syros is a unique island perfect for cultural events based on its long history, architecture and vibe.
The Symposium is uniting dance cultures from all over the world presenting social and traditional representative styles from each country. We are very happy in this first Symposium to present participants from Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania, England and Cyprus.

FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 6th 2024
6.00pm Departing from Pireaus to Syros with Blue Star Ferry
Dance Party on the boat
10.00pm Arriving in Syros
10.30pm Check in in Dolphin Bay Hotel**** in Galissas, Di Mare in Poseidonia and Boutique Mare in Galissas
SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 7th 2024
8.00am – 10.00am Breakfast

REGULAR PRICING / LAST MINUTE from August 1st 2024

SPECIAL DISCOUNT COSTS FOR MEALS AT THE DANCE PARTIES WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON JULY 20th 2024
*The above prices are concerning participants coming from the port of Pireaus and back. For participants coming from different locations the prices are different. For those prices please contact the organizer Theodora Satolia (6974191707)
DEPOSIT OF PARTICIPATION
A deposit of 100 euros is necessary for obtaining the early booking pricing by March 30th 2024. Deposits are made in the official bank account of the organization given in a direct messaging upon request.
The above cost includes:
– Transportation with the boat from Pireaus – Syros – Pireaus
– Transportation with bus in Syros from the port to the hotel and to the activities of the weekend
– 3 nights with breakfast in the 4 star hotel Dolphin Bay Hotel, Di Mare Hotel in Galyssas and Poseidonia in a double or triple room 6th – 9th September 2024 (lunch and dinners are not included in the package price). Special prices for meals are organized . The special package prices will be announced July 20th 2024
– Participation in the 16 hours dance classes
– Participation in the grande perfrmance night in the plateia of Ermoupolis
– Participation in the dance parties
– TV coverage will be made from the dance classes and the showcases to all magor hellenic chanells
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation until June 30th 2024 the deposit is fully returned. After June 30th deposits are not returned.
