Dear friends,

We are delighted to announce the first Venice Choir Festival organized by satolia productions, taking place from 9 to 12 April 2027. Choirs from across Greece and abroad are welcome to participate, with no restrictions on repertoire or choir composition.

The trip itinerary is as follows:

FRIDAY, 9 APRIL 2027

Arrival in Venice.
3:00 p.m. – Check-in at the Leonardo Royal Hotel.
Free time in Venice’s historic city centre.

SATURDAY, 10 APRIL 2027

8:00–10:00 a.m. – Breakfast.
Free time for all participants.
8:00 p.m. – Dinner and dancing at a centrally located event venue in Mestre, Venice.

SUNDAY, 11 APRIL 2027

8:00–10:00 a.m. – Breakfast.
5:00 p.m. – Board the coaches for the Teatro Metropolitano Astra in Venice.
5:30 p.m. – Choir rehearsals for the concert.
7:30 p.m. – Choral concert at the theatre.
10:30 p.m. – Return to the hotels.

MONDAY, 12 APRIL 2027

8:00–10:00 a.m. – Breakfast.
11:00 a.m. – Check-out.
PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

* Choirs may perform a programme of their choice, lasting up to 15 minutes.
* Rehearsals are expected to begin approximately 2–3 hours before the concert, depending on the number of participating choirs. Each choir will have 15 minutes to rehearse.
* The theatre will be equipped with a sound system and microphones. An electric or acoustic piano will be available upon request.

PARTICIPATION FEE

EARLY BOOKING – With a €100 deposit paid by 10 October 2026:
€399 per person
REGULAR RATE– From 11 October 2026 onwards:
€450 per person

The price includes:

*Three nights’ accommodation in a shared double room, including breakfast.
* Saturday evening dinner and dancing.
* Bus transport to the theatre for the performance.
* Participation in the theatre performance.

**AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.**

Each group is responsible for arranging its own travel to Venice.

The accommodation tax is €3.10 per person per night and is payable separately by each participant.

The initial deposit is particularly important, as it reserves your places and rooms and secures your participation in the festival at the early booking rate.

Payment of the remaining package balance and accommodation tax.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

If you cancel on or before **15 February 2027**, your payments can be transferred to another person from outside your group who will take your place. Finding a replacement is the responsibility of the participant cancelling their booking.

For cancellations after **15 February 2027**, substitutions are not permitted.

**All payments are non-refundable.**
